Pancakes
Ingredients
- eggs - 3pc
- flour - 150g/1.5-2 cups
- kefir - 100g/0.5 cups
- boiled water - 100g/0.5 cups
- warm milk - 1 pint
- sugar - 20g/1-2 spoons
- vegetable oil - 30g/1 spoon
- soda - 0.25 teaspoon
- salt - 0.5 teaspoon
Directions
- In a large container mix the eggs, sugar and salt.
- Add the kefir and half of the milk and mix.
- Add the boiled water very slowly and continously mixing, so that it doesn’t boil the other ingredients.
- Add the flour slowly and mixing it so that we don’t have any knots.
- Add the soda.
- Add the rest of the milk, to make it not too dense.
- Add the vegetable oil - mix is done!
